1. Project Initiation
Once a project is confirmed, the client is required to pay an advance of 50% of the total project cost. This advance is necessary to initiate work, allocate resources, and begin project planning.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Clients may request cancellation within 3 days of project initiation.
- If cancellation is requested within this period, the advance payment (50%) is non-refundable, as it covers initial work, planning, and resource allocation.
- After 3 days of project initiation, no cancellation requests will be accepted once the project work has significantly progressed.
3. Refund Policy
- Due to the nature of digital and service-based work, no refunds will be provided once the project has started and resources have been allocated.
- Partial refunds may be considered only if:
- The project has not been started, or
- There is a proven failure from our side to deliver the agreed scope.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide all required content, approvals, and feedback in a timely manner.
- Delays caused by the client will not be considered valid reasons for refunds.
5. Service-Based Nature
As our services involve time, expertise, and digital work, they are non-tangible and non-returnable, hence refunds are limited.
